Individual and Small Group Mindfulness Training
Astrid also offers individual mindfulness training. This is a good option if a group course isn't your thing, if you have irregular working hours, or just can't get to an evening class, or if you have a specific issue you would like to work on.
The advantage of individual training is also that we can go at your own pace, and go more deeply into aspects of mindfulness practice that are the most relevant for you.
Sessions can be both live online (via Skype/Zoom) or face-to-face. Astrid has rooms at both Maleny and Moffat Beach (Caloundra).
Fees are $90 per hour/$70 concession.
You could also get a (small) group together of friends, colleagues or family/partner who want to learn mindfulness, and we can set up days and times that work for everyone for mindfulness training sessions.
