One day Mindfulness Retreat
For people who have at least some experience with mindfulness meditation, we offer the possibility to participate in our quarterly Day of Mindfulness.
This Day is a one-day silent meditation retreat, with guided mindful movement practices, guided mindfulness meditations and some practice outside. It is an opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself, clear your mind, relax your body, and gain some fresh perspectives on your life.
The Day of Mindfulness is an integral part of the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course.
Please note: these Days are not a workshop, there is no theory or extensive explanations. Just time for silence, contemplation and for practicing mindfulness ;-) !
