This is THE original mindfulness course, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, which has been changing peoples lives all over the globe for almost 40 years.

One Day Mindfulness Retreats

These are run a few times per year on both the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane.
They are open to anyone with some experience in mindfulness meditation.

Foundations of Mindfulness Retreat (5 days)
Run together with my colleagues at the Mindfulness Training Institute, these are run in July and January in NSW and Vic.
